Course Refund Eligibility
Students who have enrolled in one of our educational programs may request a refund only if they have not attended any live class, accessed recorded lectures, downloaded course materials, received educational resources, participated in discussions, or attended any mentorship session related to the purchased course.
Refund requests must be submitted before any course participation, content access, or educational service has been provided.
Mentorship Refund Eligibility
For Personal 1-on-1 Mentorship Programs, refund requests may only be considered if no mentorship session has taken place and no mentorship-related guidance, consultation, educational material, or personalized support has been provided.
Once a mentorship session has started or personalized services have been delivered, mentorship fees become non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refund requests will generally not be approved under the following circumstances:
- Attendance in one or more live classes.
- Access to recorded lectures or premium learning materials.
- Participation in mentorship sessions.
- Receiving educational resources, assignments, consultations, or personalized support.
- Completion of any portion of the purchased course, mentorship, or digital service.
- Download or access of protected digital content.
- Services that have already been delivered or completed.
